I Spent Years in Therapy. I Loved Every Minute.
I’m analytical. Deep-thinking. Introspective. Therapy was made for someone like me — the homework, the journaling, the self-discovery. I did it at 19. I did it again for five years after my second divorce, every single week. And I made real, genuine progress. I understood my patterns, my wounds, my triggers. I grew. And changed a LOT.
But something wouldn’t shift.
For years I carried a voice in my head that said “it should’ve been you” every time something bad happened — a crime in the news, an accident, anything. My therapists called it suicidal ideation. I called it exhausting. And despite all the understanding, all the insight, all the work — that voice never moved.
In 2003 I had my first energy healing session. Twenty minutes. And it was gone.

Turns out it wasn’t mine at all. I’d picked it up visiting the pyramids in Egypt. It wasn’t depression. It wasn’t a psychological pattern. It was energetic — and no amount of talking was ever going to clear it.
That was the moment everything changed.
I stopped therapy and dove into energy healing completely — seminars, training, practice. In 2006 I began working with my own mentor weekly for four years. I watched relationship patterns I’d carried for decades shift within days. Childhood wounds I’d analyzed for years — cleared at the root.
It’s now 2026. I’ve been living this work for over twenty years. I don’t just teach it. I’ve needed it, done it, been transformed by it — every layer.
