Energetic Overhaul Program Agreement

1. Nature of Services

The Energetic Overhaul is an intuitive energy healing program offered by Jyll Hoyrup of Rock Your Intuition. Energy healing is a complementary practice that works at an energetic level to identify and clear patterns, blocks, and energetic imprints that may be contributing to recurring life patterns, emotional heaviness, or a sense of being stuck.

Energy healing is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychological therapy, or any other licensed healthcare service. Jyll Hoyrup is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical attention, please seek appropriate professional care.

2. Program Scope

The Energetic Overhaul program includes:

• 8 private 45-minute energetic clearing sessions via video, held every other week
• 4 monthly Zap It Up energetic activations
• Daily support Monday through Thursday via Voxer
• Personalized energetic prescriptions as needed
• Priority VIP scheduling
• Optional 30-minute closing session
• Personalized intuitive aromatherapy roller blend (shipped after first session)
• Intuitively chosen crystal (shipped after first session)

Program duration is four months from the date of your first session.

3. Your Commitment

By joining this program you are making both a financial and energetic commitment to your own transformation. This program requires your active participation — showing up to sessions, engaging on Voxer, and bringing your full willingness to the process.

Energy healing works best when you show up fully. I ask that you honor your commitment to yourself and to this work throughout the full four months.

4. Investment & Payment Terms

Pay In Full: $4,444 due at time of booking.

Payment Plan: 4 monthly payments of $1,111, charged automatically on the same date each month beginning at time of booking.

All prices are in USD.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund is available prior to your first session, minus a $150 payment processing fee. Once your first session has taken place all payments are non-refundable.

Payment plan clients are committed to all four monthly payments regardless of program participation or continuation. Choosing not to engage with the program does not cancel remaining payment obligations.

6. Session Rescheduling & Cancellation

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

7. Voxer Support Hours

Daily support via Voxer is available Monday through Thursday. Messages received outside these hours will be responded to on the next available support day. In cases of genuine urgency please reach out regardless of day.

8. Confidentiality

All sessions and communications are held in strict confidence. Jyll Hoyrup will not share your personal information or session content with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

9. Results Disclaimer

Energy healing results vary from person to person. While many clients experience profound and lasting shifts, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your results depend on many factors including your openness, participation, and readiness for change.

10. Right to Terminate

Rock Your Intuition reserves the right to terminate this program agreement if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward Jyll Hoyrup. In such cases no refund will be issued for payments already made and remaining payment plan installments are still due in full.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

12. Agreement

By booking and paying for The Energetic Overhaul program you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
