Please allow up to two business days for a response, though Jyll often replies sooner.

One-on-One Sessions

Sessions are hosted via Meetn Video Conferencing (no download required). You’ll receive a private session link upon booking.

Scheduling must be done via Jyll’s calendar. While multiple time zones are supported, availability is not guaranteed to match yours.

  • Sessions must be used within 60 days or are forfeited.

  • If you miss the session or fail to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, it will be forfeited.

Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds

Jyllicious L.L.C. maintains a No Refund Policy.

  • Sessions canceled under 24 hours or missed: No refund

  • Sessions canceled more than 24 hours ahead: 50% refund

You acknowledge that no one has represented refunds are available.
Even if you cannot participate for any reason, you will continue to be billed until the agreement is paid in full.

This policy is a material inducement to client agreements and is non-negotiable.

Bootcamps

Bootcamps are also conducted using Meetn Video Conferencing.

Digital Products

Digital products include:
Courses, meditations, visualizations, printables, ebooks, audiobooks.
No refunds are provided for digital products under any circumstance.

Intellectual Property

All content shared in sessions, digital materials, or communications is the intellectual property of Jyllicious L.L.C.

This includes:

  • Techniques

  • Frameworks

  • Visualizations & Meditations

  • Printable tools or worksheets

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own personal growth.
Reproduction, resale, or distribution is not permitted without written permission.

Time Off

Jyllicious L.L.C. is closed:

  • Weekends

  • USA Federal & Washington State Holidays

  • Belize Holidays

Additional closures may be announced in advance.

Billing

  • Recurring charges are billed automatically every 30 days (or nearest weekday).

  • If a card is declined, we retry every 2 days for up to 10 days.

Billing Disputes

In the event of a billing dispute, you agree to communicate with us for 30 days before initiating a chargeback.

Results Disclaimer

While Jyll provides transformational tools and services for personal growth, results are not guaranteed.

Outcomes depend on your:

  • Readiness

  • Openness

  • Commitment

  • Consistency

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental condition.
Our services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services or client relationships at any time for:

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Boundary violations

  • Non-payment

  • Lack of respect for the coaching process

No refunds will be issued in these cases.
